Youth Sunday at Grace Church is the fourth Sunday of each month. Our next Youth Sunday will be on August 28th, and we are always looking for young people from the church--or from outside the church--to come and help make this monthly service special.

MEN'S SUNDAY - September 4th

Men, you have not been forgotten. Are we saving the best for the last of summer? The Women of Grace have set the singing mark of excellence quite high. If you enjoy FUN and fellowship, come and sing praises to His name with others from Grace Church and the community. Have you invited someone to come sing with you?

Friends and family members from the larger community outside Grace Church are more than welcome to come and sing along. The rehearsal schedule is as follows:

Thursday, August 11th - 7:00-8:00 p.m.

Thursday, August 18th - 7:00-7:35 p.m. (rehearsal for Homecoming Sunday [see below] continues with women until 8:15)

Monday, August 29th - 7:00-7:35 p.m. (rehearsal for Homecoming Sunday continues with women until 8:30)

HOMECOMING SUNDAY - September 11th

Our Minister of Music is looking for men, women and children to join in singing the anthem on Homecoming Sunday, which will also kick off new service music for the second half of Pentecost. If you have never been involved with the choir, this would be a wonderful opportunity to try it out with a one-time commitment. And if you have been singing with us, come and help make this service special! As always, singers need not be parishioners - "friends of Grace" from the larger community are quite welcome to join in!

There will also be children-only rehearsals for Homecoming Sunday, with dates & times still TBA - keep an eye out here as well as in the Sunday bulletins.

WEEKLY CHOIR REHEARSALS RESUME ON MONDAYS IN SEPTEMBER

Monday, September 12th is Back to Choir. Rehearsals will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. and end punctually at 8:30 p.m. Do you enjoy singing? Laughed lately? Does joy flow from your heart? Who would have thought that singing is good for your health? As a member of Grace Choir, you provide musical leadership for ALL who worship here at Grace Church. No prior experience needed. No musical knowledge expected to begin. There are opportunities such as Women's Sunday, Men's Sunday, and Homecoming Sunday to see what it might be like to be a member of Grace Choir. Have you signed up yet for these special musical events? Talk to those who have provided special music this summer about their experiences too. Don't know what you are getting yourself into? Neither did those who said yes. You will be thankful you did.

SAVE THE DATE: EVENSONG SERVICE - Wednesday, October 12th, 6:30 p.m.

A spaghetti dinner will follow the service. If you have not joined the Grace Choir yet, come and be a member for this special service. Music will be rehearsed during regular Grace Choir rehearsals on Mondays at 7 p.m. Additional rehearsal dates will be added for the "Occasional Grace Choir Member." Mark you calendar now, get involved and join others already singing for this service. Bring your neighbors, family and friends - all are invited! Sing in the choir, attend the service, and stay for the food and fellowship afterwards... and be a part of this beautiful evening service.
